frustration!
This month has really been a weightloss struggle. diet has been pretty good and Excercise good too. I think I need to go back and look at my notes. I need a change somewhere. I cant break this plataue and am playing with the same 6 lbs up and down. I need more hours in the day or a stay at the Biggest Loser campus where lifes only worry is which machine to use now. Well that isn't going to happen so I need my own last chance workout in the next 2 days before weigh in.
